asiamarket.lu is operated by EDENS S.A. (RCS Luxembourg B 43791), registered address 28, Rue de l'Eglise 8025 Strassen, Luxembourg.

By placing an order on this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders

When you submit an order and complete online payment, we receive your order request and begin processing it.

If an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or cannot be fulfilled, we may contact you, adjust the confirmed order, cancel unavailable items, or cancel the order with a refund as applicable.

3. Payment and fulfillment

Payment must be completed through the available checkout methods. We may refuse or cancel fulfillment if payment fails or cannot be completed.

Delivery and pickup are arranged according to the method, address, and timing confirmed for the order.

4. Product condition

We prepare and pack products with reasonable care. Fresh and frozen goods are handled according to their product type.

Product images, descriptions, prices, and availability may change. We try to keep the online catalog accurate, but obvious errors may be corrected after an order is placed.

5. Cancellation, returns, and refunds

• You may ask to cancel an order before it has been prepared, shipped, or made ready for pickup.
• For qualifying non-perishable goods, EU consumer withdrawal rights may apply within 14 days after receipt.
• Fresh, frozen, perishable, opened, damaged, or legally exempt products cannot usually be returned unless there is a quality issue.
• Please contact us before returning any product so that we can confirm the process.
• Refunds are normally processed through the original payment method after the return or cancellation is approved.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect customer information, missed delivery contact, third-party service issues, severe weather, force majeure, or other events outside our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Luxembourg.
